	I see. I cannot exactly say stop worrying because I would be a hypocrite but if you feel the need to check on things, set an alarm, or something. Do not let it completely consume you. 	Unfortunately even when we feel it something should be obvious, it may not be and you cannot beat yourself up on it. Or it may not even exist. But hopefully that will help whenever it gets overwhelming. Good, just so long as we are clear on that. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	And you voiced concern on maybe 'finally losing' your mind. If you are truly concerned, talk to someone. I do not want to see you end up in a hospital or the medbay because you were too convinced you were fine! Just.. take stock of what you are feeling to see if it really is just being over stressed or potentially something more. And if it is, talk to someone. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)
