Was it that it happened too fast, or that you felt like you were powerless to stop it?

There you go. When you feel it coming on, think about how you feel when you're at Connor's. Think about how you feel when you've got your favorite playlist going on your ipod. Or if there's a person that always keeps you calm, think about them. That one can be trickier if they're part of the reason you're angry, though.

Both really. Everyone disappeared and then so did they.

That's usually Clark or Allana, but they were gone. It didn't work. I still feel dirty calling myself a Luthor.
