You are lying to the wrong people, and far too late for it to have the desired effect. Perhaps several days ago, and perhaps with a bit more of a concrete argument than but how do you know?, you may have had a chance to deceive them.

As it stands, I would suggest you give up. Tell them everything you know so there is still a chance to save the people your inaction has endangered.

In the end, I doubt she will. At the time, it has not come to that. For the moment, the only damage she is doing is to herself - or, at the very least, it is nowhere near the scale to which you and yours have ascended.

If - and when - it does, I will expect the same thing of her... and I feel confident that she will make the right decision. In the meantime, I will not be dragging her into an issue that has little or nothing to do with her.

Make your choice. Your time is running out.

You will note that I have not once claimed to be different in the context of this conversation. Perhaps I simply know better what it is you have attached yourself to.

Perhaps eventually it will be me causing this sort of destruction - though I can safely say that I sincerely hope not. If so, the one I love will have to make the same decision you are facing. I would expect her to choose to walk away.

While I am rather delighted to see you have learned to accurately predict the concrete, predetermined future and feel compelled to share that information with me, whatever lies in my own future is irrelevant.

Do you know? Are you completely certain of that? If you do truly know what you are doing, and continue to refuse to turn from it, you are making yourself our enemy - by intentional, calculated association with someone who has killed innocents and endangered our friends.
