I was really, really hungry for some strange reason the past couple of days and I think I ate a twinkie too many. I'm surprised my stomach hasn't imploded from the sheer volume of spongey.

Oh no! Yeah I would say Twinkies aren't the best thing to eat in mass volume. They give you that full yet empty feeling. it'stotallyweird.

Exactly! Sure, they lure you in with their sweetness but after you've eaten so many you find out that they didn't really provide you with what you needed and instead you just feel kind of bogged down and energyless. Definitely not munchie food.
