Hi. I know I already made a little introductory post, but for those that missed it, I'm Nate Grey. I know you're all out there, vaguely. I can sense the mutant signatures when I do psi-scans, and when I want it to be, my range can be global. I don't know all of you, even if most of you do have at least superficially familiar signatures. I don't have to know any of you that don't want to identify yourselves, either. That's not what this post is for. If you want to say hi, that'd be great, I love talking to people, but I'm not pushing anybody. All I really want is for you to look at this post and remember it.
Where I come from, I've sort of taken on the role of "shaman" to the mutant population. Note that I don't mean sorcerer, Dr. Strange gets a little too weird for my tastes. The most common definition of shaman is actually closer to a helper or adviser for their tribe, which is more of what I like to be. There's also a protection aspect to it, and that's what this post is about. I've managed to get a little place set up here in the city. It used to be a goth club and before that it was a church, irony of ironies. The point is there's some excess space. Right now it's just me living there, but if any of you need to crash, you should go ahead and consider it a sanctuary. Doesn't really matter to me why you might need to, though I'd appreciate a heads-up if you're in trouble and I might have heat inbound. You should also consider this offer extended to any non-mutant friends.
Before anyone says anything, I know about the complex. I'm not suggesting anyone who likes the complex shouldn't be there. I'm just saying if you guys ever need it, mi casa es su casa. And if people ever start hating and fearing us here, well, you've got a place to run to. Insert accents wherever they belong because I don't know how to make those on this thing.
