You don't know her like I do. You haven't seen the things she's done - how much of a risk she's put herself in to get us to Lilith! I know you're having a hard time coming around to it, but I've been hanging out with Ruby for next to a year by now and she's done nothing to harm either of us. She took care of me when you were gone. She made sure that I didn't end up dead or in the streets or worse. Can't you give her the benefit of the doubt? Have you already forgotten those vampires we saved a long time ago because they were different, even though you were set on believing that they were all the same in the beginning? How is this any different?

She's on our side, Dean. I swear she is.

~~I still don't know how I feel about letting them~~ It's completely different, Sam. I don't know much on how the vampire brain works other than what dad taught us. But demons? Demons I know how they work. I've been to hell. You don't get more familiar with them then that. I've seen what it's like ~~dammit it. I've felt it. For thirty fucking years and it was~~. Maybe I would have brought that touchy, feely, she's different crap if I hadn't. But I have and I'm still sticking with her being the same old scum. Just smarter and craftier than the regular model.

I see everything she's done, Sam. Don't think I don't. And the fact that she watched out for you is one of the reasons I haven't kill her on sight. But you're crazy if you think she does it out of the goodness of her little black heart.

Because I'd likely punch her half way through. I can't stand her, Sam. I can't stand the fucking sweet and innocent and 'I just want the best' act. ~~She insults me too~~. That's where you're wrong. She doesn't want to see you hurt. She doesn't give a crap about what happens to me. And if she ever does it goes back to you? No, that isn't me giving a crap. No, my feelings aren't hurt.
