Who: Anna and Dawn What: Musings Where: A cafe in Lawrence When: Afternoon of the 9th Rating: Low Status: In Progress
Anna had been finding places to go that she hadn't been blocked off from. As it turned out the people here didn't have a lot of trust for angels. Which was of course fine. Neither did she. She would tell them each and every time she could that they were right to distrust the angels. Even their precious Castiel. Mostly him in fact. She'd wound up finding a small cafe, a really beautiful place that served chai tea just the way she liked it. And so she sat, watching the humans, blending in, always blending in like she liked. She didn't want them to fear her, not all of them anyway. Ones like Ava and that...whatever it was she lived with that had threatened to eat her. They should fear her.
She sipped at the chai looking at the Starbucks across the road and comparing her little shop to the bigger chain. That was the war in its simplest form wasn't it. The humans, scattered angels and their demon against a seemingly unbeatable foe. Lucifer, his loyalists and things like the Horsemen. It was going to be a hard fight. It was going to take a lot out of them but all that aside it had to be done didn't it.
Her brother could not be allowed to destroy these people. He could be as jealous as he liked, as bitter as he ever was but he would not be allowed to win this war. Besides the humans were amazing. Nicer in oh so many ways than the angels. And if she could help them surrvive this onslaught then that was what she would do. Its what she'd always wanted to do, her time in heaven had just given her a bitter focus to get it done. People like Zachariah had to be stopped too. War on all sides, she hoped the people were ready.
