Who: Parker and Booth!
What: lunch time, Wrathy Booth has a bit of road rage. But yay, lunch with his son. <3.
When: today
Where: Lavender's place.
Warnings: tba should be none.
Booth wasn't sure why every little thing was getting under his skin that day since he woke up and got to work. Everything was more difficult then it should have been. The early morning sun had blinded him when he woke up and gave him a headache almost on impact as soon as he opened the window blinds in his room. Then when he left things weren't much better. The traffic was seeming to go on forever, and the noise level was impossible. It was giving him a headache. A dull throb in the back of his mind as a wonderful reminder of how irritating his day had been thus far caused him to let his mind wander in the middle of a high traffic area. Behind him, a honking car and a shouting moron caused Seeley's nerves to fray. Don't test me.. He thought as he gripped at the wheel stubbornly and refused to move. It was a red light. And he was not making a right turn. The screaming idiot behind him finally stepped on his last nerve. The light was long, and didn't appear to be moving any time soon, so he put his car in park, composed himself the best he could, and climbed out of said car toward the man behind him who suddenly had car-balls as he liked to call it.
"Do you see the red light? Are you color blind? Nobody is moving. So, sit your ass back down in your tiny little geo car, wait your turn and kindly shut the hell up." The man looked visibly shaken obviously having not expected real conflict, and Booth hadn't even pulled the FBI card yet. So he pulled back on that level and just gave the man a dull, but smug smirk. "Come at me like that again, and I'll make your life very, very difficult. Have a nice day. " He stated as he patted the window of the geo car, and moved back to his crossover with a satisfied look at the new found peace and quiet he encountered upon entering the vehicle. And almost as if magic, the light turned green, and Booth pressed down on the gas peddle. He was already late for lunch with his kid, it was a good thing he didn't have your standard hour lunch break and could virtually make his own schedule assuming there weren't any murders to be solved. Or he'd have been a little worse to the poor civilian left shaking in his geo car in his rear view mirror.
His murder tray was thus far empty, which he couldn't figure out was good or bad at this point. Since it meant him stuck in his office and filling out paper work for previous cases, he was going to go ahead and go with bad. Seeley just frowned a little and finally stopped short infront of Lavender's place. For a few minutes he just sat inside his car and took a few deep breaths in attempt to calm down. He didn't want to be angry infront of Parker. It wouldn't be fair. When he finally felt like he could get out of the car, he did and he approached the little restaurant. Texting Parker's new phone for the first time. "Hey kiddo, guess who." He smirked as he hit send, and waited down in the main kitchen area for him.
