It's been nearly six years since the Volturi came to Forks on the allegations that the Cullens created an immortal child, narrowly avoiding a catastrophic battle in the process. Aro led his army back to Volterra to regain the pride they had lost that day in the clearing while the Cullens and their witnesses relaxed and moved on with their lives. The threat may have left, but the Volturi have long since forgotten the humility and now Aro has his sights set on collecting two members of the Cullen coven to his collection of gifted vampires. He's looking for excuses to visit, to end the Cullen coven for good this time now that their numbers have increased even more thanks to Bella and Renesmee. She will be at full maturity in a year and time has seemed to have passed too quickly for Bella and Edward's liking. The packs are still at peace with one another, and territorial issues with the Cullens have since been resolved to a mutual understanding and existence. But there is a discord among the Volturi masters themselves, and Marcus is coming dangerously close to finding out his dear brother's darkest secret and the truth surrounding the death of his mate. So what will happen when Aro finally decides to make his next move? |
Since the dawn of time, storytellers have enchanted audiences with their words. But there is an even rarer gift. There are those who, by reading out loud, can bring characters to life. Out of books and into our world. Most of these people prefer to keep their skills a secret but some do not even know this gift is theirs, until it is too late. You know how your story begins, do you know how it ends? Have you ever invested weeks, months, or perhaps years into character development only for a game to suddenly lose interest? For things to go awry and you choose to part ways? Are you sitting in a game that you've lost interest in simply because you don't wish to lose all that character development? If you answered yes to any of these questions then Spinning Compass is for you! We at Spinning Compass allow character development from any game. From Insane Journal? Approved! From Live Journal? Approved! From Dreamwidth? Approved! It doesn't matter what journal format they come from, your character will be approved! We also accept Original Characters, and any canon fandom characters. Current book: The Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins Have you ever read through a book and wished you were there? Thought about what it might be like if Harry Potter were tossed into Oz? What if Edward Cullen woke up one morning and found himself being hailed as the next great Pokemon trainer? Perhaps Eragon has found new friends in the Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants. There are so many what if's that it would be impossible to discuss them all here, but we can always try our hand at a few. Novel Ideas is an AU multi-verse game where your characters will be tossed through a variety of novels to see how they survive the events of various books. Does your character have what it takes to live in another world? | |
