FORSILVRA

Five islands, five kingdoms, united under one king. In the cold north, the League of Arbrecht is a fractious lot, always at each others' throats. The Vandermark basks in old honor, and religion that predates everything else. Caught in the midst, Lacharn strives to protect their peaceful culture, where women are allowed equality with men. Caelain, where the royal family of Fontenot comes from, embraces tradition and its own problems. In the farthest south, the desert land of Ahestere hails sophistication unknown anywhere else. To the west lies the island of Forsilvra, home of royal dynasty and the court, where politics dictate the future of five provinces.

Between the five provinces alliances are forged and broken, intrigues abound, and blood runs thicker than water. The nobility fight for power and wealth, influence and position. It is each house for his own, as remnants of a devastating plague leave this world with a boy king on the throne, surrounded on all sides by those who wish to manipulate him for their own gains.

Join this world as an illustrious lord or lady, a gallant knight or a vicious sellsword. Explore the intricacies of court, the desert heats or the colds of north. Forge your own destiny, and change the face of Forsilvra forever.

For just over ten months, the Orient Express has been designated a run-away. While the staff and designers were working diligently to retrieve their rogue express, the train itself is thwarting their plans. How, after all, do you track down a single train that can be anywhere, anywhen, in any number of realities across all the known verses? It’s a great big space out there, and they can’t search it all. Besides that, their funding was cut, leaving the victims of the train stranded and on their own.

Meanwhile, the train is certainly giving the passengers a ride. From hallucinogenic gases to a murderer on board, to realities where there’s no breathable air to worlds that contain things of legend and mythos, the passengers are helpless to direct the run away train and must simply hang on and adapt as well as they can.

Between cabin fever, clashing personalities, and on-board shenanigans that don’t exactly bring a grin to everyone’s face, the passengers are forced to contend with situations outside of their daily norm. Future meets past, magic clashes with technology, and everyone is tangled up in the ever-changing environment of the train. Are you brave enough to come along for the ride?

Orient Express is a relatively quickly paced, thread-heavy panfandom game set aboard a time-traveling, reality-hopping luxury train. The game’s been running strong since its opening in November of 2011.

Fans of American Horror Story and Amityville Horror need apply. This is an all-original supernatural game based on a haunted mansion in Maine and the small family who just moved in. The house is full of the spirits of those who met their makers on the property, and some of them are eager for the Alexanders to stay forever.

Mature, adult themes throughout, horror-themed game. Tons of fantastic concepts available, very creative and fun players. We're looking for active, interesting, exciting new lines! Ghosts, human neighbors/friends, etc... the possibilities abound!

What Lonely Souls

Stonewick Manor sits atop a hill in the outskirts of Castlehill, Maine. And though trapped in a current state of disrepair, anyone with an eye for promise can see the potential just waiting to be released. With a little love and a lot of elbow grease, the once beautiful Victorian Era manor could once again be returned to its forgotten majesty.

That's where the Alexanders come in. Unfortunately for them, their real estate agent wasn't entirely honest with the family. Stonewick Manor's history is one bathed in blood and tears. Horrors have taken place behind the seemingly quiet walls. Murders. Suicides. Think of something terrible, and it has probably happened in this home. There is something about the house that drives people to these unspeakable acts.

Spirits, ghosts, apparitions - whatever you want to call them, they're trapped within the manor. Anyone who dies on the property is forever trapped in it. They can't leave, and they aren't allowed to move on. There's no white light at the end of their tunnels. There is only Stonewick. Forever. Some of them are aware that they are dead, while others live in denial and try to carry on as though nothing has happened. Because of the massive amount of energy within the home, they are able to interact with those inside of it, both the living and the dead. Some choose not to reveal themselves to humans, but there are others that choose otherwise. Some of the spirits are kind, some are not so kind. But one thing is for certain: Stonewick Manor is not like any other home, and the Alexanders are about to realize that their clean slate is drenched with blood.

[info]hallowed_times is an eighth year epilogue compliant game that follows the students back to Hogwarts for one final year of schooling where they are given the chance to relive being 'just students' before having to go out in to the world to become adults. The game will have some overreaching plot, but will also include a large amount of social interaction and the rebuilding of Hogwarts, the Wizarding World and the student's war torn lives. Eighth year students will have special allowances that include access to special education opportunities as well as the freedom to work jobs off Hogwarts Grounds on the weekends.

In a non flashy game that intends on focusing on the enjoyment of writing characters with added elements of plot, [info]hallowedmods has just opened and is seeking all sorts of characters!

the connection with magic has never been a "new" concept. there was once a time when the world accepted magic, and the people who wielded its power. these unique individuals could raise the dead, create thunderstorms, even predict the future. but, as time went on and new concepts arose, what was once allowed and accepted ways of living life were now pressed to change. in the late 1600s, the fanatical attitude of the church took a turn for the worst. the salem witch hunts began, so the families hid, for many centuries. that is until the early 1900's when each head of family decided they would reclaim their territory once more. the families have all grown there since--each generation adding something new--staying and going as they please and coexisting with the normal inhabitants of the small town, hiding in plain sight.
