South Peak National Institution


South Peak National Institution or Supernatural(SPN)High as it's not so affectionally called, is a place where unruly children, teenagers, and adults are sent by either by choice, their parents, or a court of law, to reform and rehabilitate their not so pleasant behaviors.

South Peak is special, taking in only the toughest cases. Weres, Shifters, Vampires, Witches, Gifted Humans and other Supernatural beings are taught to control their instincts and blend in with society. Here a talented staff of teachers, Hunters, and officers provide a safe learning environment for all enrolled. Some have rap sheets a mile long, others have been bitten and turned against their will and some were just born with their gifts. But all have one thing in common, they are all stuck in this secluded reformatory high in the Catskills. Can they all learn to coexist? No one knows for sure.

High school: the best and worst of times - especially if you can move things with your mind, shoot fire from your fingertips, or lift up a car with one hand. Welcome to Tranquility, Pennsylvania, just another ordinary small town in a post-evolutionary world. Tensions are running high as, one by one, the powered students are outed and the anti-powered sentiment strengthens. It’s been thirty years since the Powered People’s Protection Act was passed, yet the world is still filled with discrimination and hatred, and in a small town like Tranquility, things don’t change unless you force them to. One thing is certain: revolution is coming, and sooner or later, everyone is going to have to choose a side.

(R)evolutions is an original character, supernatural game set in the fictional town of Tranquility, Pennsylvania, focusing on its inhabitants and mainly on its students and the social and political tension that exists between them.

Absolution is a post-DH game, set in the 1998-1999 school year. It focuses on the rebuilding of the wizarding world through the eyes of the students of Hogwarts and how they deal with the rebuilding of their school and the memories of what happened the previous year. Muggleborns try to return to the lives they had a year before. The children of Voldemort's supporters try to deal with the new stigma that befell them. Those who fought at the Battle try to cope with what they experienced. And everyone tries to mourn their losses and move forward.

In order to stop the epidemic ravaging North America, the CDC created a vaccine to supply to the public. Unfortunately, the “cure” had adverse effects—namely, it turned a great chunk of the population into zombies. Those who were naturally immune to the virus were also immune to the vaccine; but nobody, even the healthiest person, is safe from the bite of a zombie. The human population quickly dwindled while the undead numbers were on the rise. All survivors were forced to pick up arms and look for safety on the road. Outrunning the dead isn’t easy, especially when there are so few places to truly find rest, and even fewer members of humanity who are willing to reach out to help one another. Bobby Sutton, an amusement park owner in Jacksonville, Florida wasn’t one of those people. With the help of Alice Thatcher, he fortified his amusement park and made it a safe place for dozens upon dozens of survivors. Together, they sent out a broadcast to instruct any and all people looking for shelter to come to Florida.

The Zombie Park is an original role play game set in a fictional amusement park (Coaster Land) in Jacksonville, Florida. The game centers on the survivors of the zombie epidemic as they try and rebuild a safe community together in Sutton’s once very unpopular park.

September 1998. A mandatory eighth year of education was implemented with the intention of better preparing the students for life after Hogwarts. A career counsellor joined Hogwarts' staff and an Apprenticeship program was put in place. Minister for Magic, Kingsley Shacklebolt, spent the months previous encouraging parents and students alike to embrace these radical changes and asked all involved to keep an open-mind about the Apprenticeship program. But whether you embraced the changes or disapproved of them, you were expected to be at Platform 9¾ on the morning of September 4th, books bought, bags packed and ready to learn.

January 1999. The Apprenticeship program is in full swing and Hogwarts' are students now well into learning their second new 'career' of the school year. Not everybody is happy about how things are going, though. Between the (unreasonable!) curfew imposed by the staff, several rather unfortunate Apprenticeship assignments (Filch's sidekick, anybody?) and the general lack of freedom, the students are getting restless. For some, this 'so called' eighth year has become very frustrating indeed. Still, what the Ministry wants, the Ministry gets. If they say there's still some growing up to do, then obviously that must be the case, because the Ministry is always right. Right?
