The Field is a game about taking ordinary people and placing them without warning in a completely extraordinary world. Nothing here is familiar save that trees are still trees, air is still air and water is still water. The animal population is completely different from that of earth. All vegetation has a slight purple tinge, the sun's light is more harsh white than it is golden and at night the wild constellations are completely unfamiliar. There is no civilization in this place, only terrain. Some of it more hospitable than other areas. Most of the facts about the world will be discovered in game, in play, and through the collaborative efforts of the players.

Do you dream of traveling the stars? Giant robots? Epic battles? Relationships forged in the heat of said battles? How about a RPG that masterfully fuses plot and character development? If you answered yes, then it's time for you to apply to Ganymede Academy!

The production of fully functional mecha units began in 2165. No one fully realized the implications - not until war broke out between Russia, the United States, Europe, North Korea, and Japan. For 13 years, war ravaged the Earth. In the aftermath of those terrible battles, the UN decided that mechs were simply too dangerous to be used without heavy restrictions. They decided that use of mechs for military actions should be governed by the UN, and that the units themselves would be removed from Earth - only brought down for UN-sanctioned missions - to prevent another tragedy. So it was that they conceived the idea to build an international military base and academy in Space to train the next generation of pilots - Ganymede Station.

The year is 2211, several generations of pilots have graduated through Ganymede Academy, and the planet has enjoyed many years of peace. But with the colonies talking of independence from Earth, how much longer can it last?

Join us and experience the action, adventure, intrigue, and excitement of Ganymede Academy! Game starts on April 24th.

Due to changes in circumstances, [info]private_pot isn't quite as private as first advertised. We're looking for new players. People who are happy to play in a slice of life RPG, a character driven, friendly and interactive game that has limited moderation and many chances for character development and growth! Crack is welcome, drama is okay, angst is limited. Fun is what we aim for.

There are no character limits, there is an age restriction due to mature theme's present in the game. We have MANY free characters available! So if you are of age and are looking for a 'normal' RPG, we are it.

Moonlight Nocturne is an AU, PB Sailor Moon game set in present-day Seattle. A new race of soul snatchers has come to earth and is hell-bent on refueling its dying population with star seeds - and Seattle's population is first. The Celestians didn't plan on a fight, but who could have known the earth would have a bunch of guardians dressed in tutus? Actually, it was probably someone's job to find that out. Their bad.
