On 10 June 1978, the man known as Lord Voldemort conquered the Wizarding World and named himself Minister for Magic of England. The Order of the Phoenix went underground to continue the fight, but they knew it was over. Ten years later, it is June 1988, and the world has changed. Wizards now bear tattoos on the back of their necks ranking them from I to VII based on blood purity. No Muggleborn is allowed at Hogwarts, marriage is strictly monitored, and anyone who gets in the Ministry's way receives a one-way ticket to the grave. With each day that passes, life gets worse, and the witches and wizards with the courage to fight are regathering. You have been sent here to carry out the full term of your sentence. There will be no escape. There will be no appeals. Some of you will never leave. For some this is only the beginning of a long and terrible nightmare. Rumors of brutality, of severe discipline, rape and even murder is rife within, but in a place like Grand Junction money talks. Besides, you are a convicted felon: society has washed its hands of you. The only people looking out for you now are those left on the outside waiting for your release. Pray you live long enough to see it. Your life as you knew it is over. Welcome to Grand Junction. Remember, in prison no one will hear you scream Staff (corrections officers, nurses, counselors) and family members are also welcome to apply. DAILY ADDS.

The year is 2030. The scientists have successfully kept their project a secret, hiding away in the bowels of Maine. They've censored, monitored, and all but controlled the mutated, posing as doctors, teachers, and trusted family members. Powers are starting to emerge and it's their job to test the limits. Conflict is rising in the souls of the sympathetic as excitement rises in the apathetic. The experiments are far from over, but the danger is just beginning. The Genome Project is a game focusing on original characters with super powers and the scientists that mutated them. Applications for characters under 25 are closed from June 1 to July 1, unless applying for a character on our extensive premade list of wanted characters. Open since early January.

TJS is a supernatural school-based RPG that takes place in modern times. The basic premise: students with supernatural abilities attend TJS to gain better understanding and control over their abilities. Races include vampires, lycans, sprites, angel spawn, demons and more! If we don't have your race listed, don't worry, we're willing to add new ones. Be creative and come up with something fresh! Students live in dorms on campus, and apartments are provided for staff who choose to live on campus as well.

Our game opened in January 2009 and has being going strong ever since. We're a very active, friendly, accepting group. AIM logs, GDoc logs and community threading are all accepted. Journal posts are common with our characters. We believe in having fun first and foremost! Our players build relationships through in game character interactions and OOC silliness in AIM chats. While our game is mostly driven by YOUR ideas, allowing you to get whatever you want out of playing with us, we sometimes have game-wide plots that are organized by the mods or ambitious players.

We have a solid group of core players, but fresh blood is always needed to keep an RPG exciting. I hope you'll check out our game and breathe new life into it with one of your creations.

Welcome to Unfinished Tales, the stories of the fourth age of Men. The shadow of Sauron has fallen, and the peoples of Middle-Earth pick up the pieces. Unfinished Tales is a Tolkien-based game set after the War of the Ring. We aim to further the tales at the end of The Return of the King as well as in the Fourth Age through the use of journals and AOL instant messenger chat. Welcome to Avalonis, where superheroes and villains walk the streets and nothing is quite what it seems. The city of Avalonis was once dubbed the superpowered capital of the world and even today the city is filled with people who can do the most extraordinary things. Some can move things with their mind, others can read them and then there are some who have no powers at all but insist on fighting for justice nonetheless. As when you have a city filled with heroes, villains will follow and now the city is host to some of the most spectacular and epic show downs the world has ever seen. Beneath the shiny exterior of the city and the side that the tourists come to see in the hope of catching a glimpse of the city's famous heroes and villains is a layer of corruption. The Irish mob and Italian mafia control parts of the city, pushing prostitution and drugs onto the streets of Avalonis. If there's something you crave then there's always a way to get it, no matter how sordid your tastes. There's a reason why the city needs heroes. Avalonis Police Department is rife with corruption. The internal struggle within the department is probably why they have yet to pay full attention to the recent disappearances of young superpowered individuals, but how long can these disappearances remain unnoticed and who knows more than they're letting on?
