By 2000, vampires manage to take dominant control as the leading race in the food chain. For centuries, they lived on earth as the secret minority, before eventually outnumbering humans five to one. It was then, that humans were taken in federally to be housed like livestock in "cattle" farms. Their blood in return, is harvested and sold in your local grocery store. Unfortunately, the supply and demand between the significant number of vampires, to that of required humans, made the situation sticky. People were fighting, killing one another to get enough of that high priced blood they need in order to survive. It was deemed the most violent time in American history, and in time the government took action. Employed, well behaved vampires were given fifteen pints of blood with their tax return, enough time for V.A.M.P (Vampires in Armed Missions for the People) to be formed.

It was common knowledge that there are small villages of humans scattered around the world. Most notably, a rather large colony of humans are concentrated in Northern Russia, who have become quite adept in regard to vampire attacks. However, V.A.M.P discovered groups of people in the Amazon, as well as in some Canadian territories. Quickly they attacked, capturing 300 humans for breeding programs and cattle farms in the US. Not enough to feed everyone, but enough to lower the blood rates to a reasonable 10 dollars a pint.

Things are not as they might seem. Within the vampires, a social rift has formed between the lineage vampires (those born), and the tainted/sired vampires (those "given the privilege"). V.A.M.P still deals with the finding of humans, but their goals have been changed from within the social lineage elite of the government. The two classes have pivoted themselves up for failure, each side wishing to come out dominant in the end. Under the control of these elite individuals, V.A.M.P has become corrupt, virtually becoming a group of federally funded terrorists, stationed in Washington D.C. Their goal is a simple one; decrease the population, destroy those who don't cooperate, and save the lineage race. Ironically, most individuals are highly paid sired vampires. But then, what social group would risk the loss of their own? (FINISH?)

The idea behind wizzy is simple. We hope to provide you with a fun and active home for all your next-gen ideas and stories. We have taken the liberty of creating families and sorted the various new generation of Hogwarts students into the four houses. We hope that you will find a character that fits what you have in mind and that you will really make it your own. All we have provided you with is a list of their family, their house and year, and well as a few rumors (via wizbler) that have been overheard in the hallways of Hogwarts. The idea behind the rumors is to give the game a little something extra and to give you a place to start with. Not all of your character's rumors must be true but at least one should be.

We plan on updating wizbler at least twice a month and we have various other plots in store for our Hogwarts kids to keep you with something to do. We hope that you will really enjoy this game and that you will find us as a good home to develop your characters. We really hope you'll take a look around and send in an application. Best of luck!
