Who: Bridget and Ashleigh
Where: Red Rock Canyon
When: Sunday Afternoon - August 15

"It's not too much further." Bridget declared with a glance over to Ashleigh about twenty minutes into the leisurely ride on horseback into red Rock Canyon. To Bridget the scenery was breathtaking with the occasional spotting of the local wildlife adding to the beauty that surrounded the two women. Trail rides from Cowboy Trail Rides were normally done in guided groups, but Bridget knew the people who ran the outfit and was able to coax them into letting her play guide on a private trail ride for two.

Ashleigh had never been horseback riding before – for two reasons. One being that she hardly ever found the time to do things for herself, and two … horses frightened her slightly. They were such large and beautiful creatures, but… Bridget's confidence assuaged that fear and after a few minutes, she found that she was enjoying herself. "It's very beautiful out here," she murmured conversationally.

Bridget had made arrangements with Ashleigh for them to meet up at a place off the main strip in Vegas. Arriving a couple minutes ahead of her date, Bridget, dressed casually in t-shirt and jeans secured a table for them. And while she waited for Ashleigh she checked her phone for any missed messages.

Ashleigh arrived at the restaurant a few minutes later, clad in dark blue jeans and a patterned white, V-neck blouse (that was about as casual as she got, in all honesty) and smiled as she approached the other woman. "I'm sorry I'm late," she murmured in her sultry accent. She prided herself on being on time, so it was no surprise to see her a little pouty.
