Do you frequently need to dust yourself off after a fight?

Who: Yuri and Jason
Where: Streets of Las Vegas
When: Well after the sun set - June 26

With only a name to go with, Yuri was having a bit of a problem tracking down Jason Abrams. Having to flee Moscow before being able to finish her talk with Rupert Giles, Yuri was now pretty much on her own in the City of Sin. And even without a Watcher to guide her the teen was keeping to a ritual that had been started when she had begun her training with her first Watcher, Morgan Breize. Patrolling. It kept her in shape and her senses keen. And it was through the training supervised by her Watcher that Yuri was able to pick up on a vampire wandering through the main streets of the city. To her the only good vampire was a dusted one. Her casual following of the creature soon turned into a very physical chase after a brief confrontation where the vamp realized just who he was up against.

The last few nights had put Jason Abrams in a bit of an aggravated mood, honestly. He had only finally agreed to embrace his 'destiny' as a watcher as it was because he had gotten his 'boss' to agree to help him provide financial care for his friend Samantha and her unborn child. Then, Giles had called him, to tell him he had a slayer for him, out of NOWHERE, only to then tell him he'd lost contact with the girl. It seemed like every time Jason tried acclimating to his new life... some other wrench was thrown into the mix.

He'd decided to grab a bite to eat before going to check on Sammie, but as he drove down the street, he had to slam on the brakes as, quickly, a young lady seemingly chased a man across the street in a blur of movement. He barely avoided hitting them, swerving to the side of the road.

It was a dirty alley )
