I haven't met many since I arrived here, so where does one meet others here in Vallo? I'm not the bar kind and I'm not the best at dancing. I prefer moonlight, books and good conversation. I realize this sounds like one of those dating ads, but I assure you it's not. I'm just looking to meet new and like-minded people.

	Nice to meet you as well, Bonnie. I knew someone once who ran a restaurant. I learned from them, but I don't eat food. There are those out the who do it very well, but you have to look around. Trust me I've taken lessons. It's just not my strong point. I've got better over the years on some level. I'm fine with kid-approved food. But it's just not what I'm great at.

It's called Tag? It was developed by Outlanders. It's basically a way to post your profile online and connect with other people. But I'm not sure how effective it is.

Yes, I am. It's quite strange to be open about that. Where I'm from most people didn't know about the existence of vampires and would be most likely be apt to kill them rather than accept them.

It's been a very long time since I had a pancake and I've never had mac and cheese, but it does look good. They're wee things. The joy and light of you're life I know.

Perhaps I will look into it. Maybe.

They aren't in my world either. It takes getting used to, but it is nice not having to hide such a big part of you, not matter what someone is.

Mac and cheese is definitely a comfort food, even after childhood. They are, but it feels like they're growing impossibly fast. They need to slow it down. Even if they are little balls of chaos.

Maybe is pretty much all anyone can ask for. Pros and cons to online profiles can be difficult to weigh.

I would imagine it does. It is nice not having to hide it, but I still fear there are those who will not accept me and others. I have seen some different beings in the short time I've been here that are interesting.

Now and then I still miss food. That made me smile. I imagine small blurs of energy running around the house. You are lucky, Bonnie.

I still don't understand it, but if it will help meet others then I see no reason not to try. How do I get this tag?

	Well, no one has threatened to burn me at the stake yet, so that's been nice. Plus, a vampire co-founded the Department of Outlander Affairs. The vampires in my world can all eat food. I can only imagine what missing it would be like. And I am, I know it. Especially since arriving in Vallo. You have to download the app on your phone? Do you know how to do that? They eat food? How is that possible? I cannot even imagine.

No, I do not know how to download an app, whatever an app may be. I was supposed to have someone help me with the laptop computer and phone, but I'm certain they have been busy.

I am! And that may be the first time I've heard a vampire I've just met mention any sort of positive energy. I'll take it. There are a few. They're on the network if you look closely enough.

No idea how it's possible, it just is. They still need blood, but they can appreciate food almost as much as I do, minus needing it to survive. I got destroyed in a food eating contest by a vampire more than once. He never let it go.

I'd suggest checking out Enki Coven. They're technopaths. They mix magic and technology. They offer classes to Outlanders who might not be used to the technology that they find here.

Is this the part where I say I am not like other vampires? Forgive me, I couldn't refuse. I saw a similar line in a movie once. I'm laughing at myself for you. I do feel positive energy, kindness and strength from you. You've been very kind to me. Thank you.

I wonder if it is some evolution or mutation. I am a little jealous. Oh stop I can hardly imagine a vampire winning a food eating competition!

Where might I find them? Or is there someone here I can talk to about technology classes?

I will not hold that against you. I can't and don't expect everyone to understand or accept me or vampires. It's complicated as is much in life. That's good to know that they are and you have given vampires a chance.
