Getting sent back home doesn't seem to be happening so time to get a job. Can I get leads on metalwork or something involving computers? Rather not do anything combatant right now.

I'd say the helpfulness is the overwhelming part. And how cheerful people are here.

… I suppose everyone is very involved here, with making people feel welcome. I experienced something similar myself when I arrived here very ill. Better to be overwhelmed with care than apathy, I think. You will get used to it.

Had similar happen with another group I joined. Just takes time to get past the paranoia.
