Darlings, as I am an salesman at heart, I find that it is often best to deliver information that may not well received sandwiched between otherwise fantastic news. If I may.

Good news: The accoutrements at Glorious Purveyors are, for lack of a better word, sublime. I, for one, have made ample use of a Blasting Cowl most recently and sometimes I wow even myself!

Bad news: We know this because the shop is currently under barrage from the recently arrived magic fiends.

Good news: Dorian is looking impeccable in boysenberry whilst he wields an ice staff!

Bad news: The shop is closed for the foreseeable future.

Good news: Nesta is a radiant avenging angel with a sword!

We're handling everything quite well, worry not, darlings, and have every intention of returning back to full services as soon as all of this is over with. Although, if anyone wishes to teleport over a bottle of wine, that would be most delightful.

I think you of all people know I can handle more than that. We'll be there shortly. Vax and I no longer are the worst thing that has happened to that shop.
