Okay I'm just going to go ahead and say it now - Die Hard is not a Christmas movie. It is a movie that takes place at Christmas and that is a completely different thing.

Thoughts on Look Who's Talking Now? It was my favorite when I was younger.

I've never seen it actually. What's it about?

John Travolta being a pilot and married to Kirstie Alley, realizing his boss is trying to have an affair with him, and then he tries to get back to his family before Christmas.

I got to say...I don't think it's actually a Christmas movie either. It sounds like it's a movie that just happens to take place around Christmas.

I don't think it was the best movie for a child to see, especially given the beginning, but then again, thankfully I was young enough I didn't quite understand the whole concept of the Look Who's Talking franchise.

Do I even want to ask how it opens?

Let me just say that the whole point of Look Who's Talking is that the babies talk. And in the final one, it's the dogs. Which, incidentally, Dianne Keaton makes a phenomenal poodle.

Sounds like they dragged it out too long for the final one. Although I do kind of want to see her voicing a poodle...

The other dog's voice was better.

Well, it is Danny DeVito.

Isn't that the same actor who voiced the satyr in Hercules? The Disney one I mean.

Yes, that's the one.

Funny thing - when my Father was living out here - that's who he dreamt of being. Hades from that movie I mean.
