Did you know that in Miami you can be paid to be a python hunter? Burmese pythons. Met this dude in a bar who joined a government-paid team of 25 to hunt pythons since the area has kind of a snake problem.

That would have been good to know before honeymooning here, but aside from the snake jokes I could make, I'll just say it's actually been pretty awesome. Me and the new wife are pleasantly crispy and rehydrating with water and frozen daiquiris in the South Beach day-drinking scene.

Totally not worrying that we left our kids partly with a pirate. Souvenir requests are being taken as well.

Isn't Florida in general the home of reptiles that will eat you?

Are you sure your kids aren't going to be sold to someone by the time you get back?

Pretty much. I mean, they kind of have an alligator problem too. But the food in Miami makes up for it.

Mostly sure. Buying and selling babies was more my dream!dad's thing.

Problem is putting it lightly, the 'gators should be paying taxes they take up that much of the population. But yeah... Food and drink there totally makes it more tolerable to share seating with scaled carnivores.

... Okay, I'm not touching that one with a ten foot pole.

Food, drink, the atmosphere. At least you're drunk when they eat you? I don't know, considering the OC just got invaded by aliens, I'm not too worried about alligators.

Long story anyway, requires booze. But hey, how have you been? Henry has been a dedicated archer lately too, FYI.

OC weirdness probably prepares you for travelling anywhere to see the random shit the planet spits out. At least you're set for not getting eaten.

Doesn't every story that involves the dreams? Can't complain, hanging together... Lost my sight, regained sight, got married, fought aliens. The usual. Dude, awesome, us archers need more representation. Gotta start them young too.

Damn straight it does. I've seen demons, aliens, and I turned into,a woman. Bring it on, gators.

Congrats! How's the married life treating you? And oh, yeah, he loved those archery lessons for Christmas. Barely puts the bow down, usually only to play video games.

God, man. We don't talk about the lady shift okay. That was disconcerting as fuck. Really puts over sized geckos in perspective though.

Is it grounds for divorce to say it's pretty much the same as when she just lived with me?

Well, they both teach coordination, so he's basically working on his skills. Suppose it's best he learns how to do this stuff living here. If he's up for it you should swing him by the archery range, see how he's getting on, if he wants some pointers. Or if I'm gonna need to fight for my codename all over again.

I've always wanted my stuff to be held in dead reptilian skin. It's the dream.

Also, careful with a possible baby #3 on this marriage consummation trip.

Well, we already did the do a few times so there is no turning back. Marriage officially consummated.

May your bodies not be so fertile on this dream for, you know, reasons.

But I bet your view's damn nice without the lack of alien tech lying around. When are you guys coming back?

That would just be our luck. But no, should be good. No baby #3 for awhile.

It's gorgeous, the water is so damn blue. Probably next week? We don't want to be away from the crumb gobblers that long.

All the kids haven't sailed off for a life of piracy. Yet. It's still early.

Please refrain from palm tree keychains with our names on it, tbough.

Good to know. Henry's behaving otherwise? Niko impressing Meara with his skills at hauling his tubby butt around?

Aw. But those are so well made!

He's behaving, don't worry. He knows what look he gets if he doesn't, but he's been reading the little ones old fairytales so it's been rather cute to watch.

Please add magnets, bottle openers, t-shirts and flipflops to that list of souvenir travesties.

Old fairytales, huh? The real ones, not weird Enchanted Forest ones?

You mean you don't need a good pair of flip flops? Alright, I guess I can come up with something.

Definitely not the Enchanted Forest ones. They don't do us justice.

Baby alligators, dead or alive, don't count either.

Snakes and pirates sound like a very adventurous honeymoon. I have to admit mine involved more of the day-drinking and sunbathing than anything too adventurous.
