I don't normally betray confidences about who I work for or their sudden interest in your loyalty to them, either.

If Harper is telling you how much he values your loyalty, it means he thinks that you aren't. If Harper is sending me to check on you, and your loyalty, and wondering about a leak you swear isn't there, it means I'm supposed to find out if YOU are the leak. I hope you understand what he would have asked me to do next, in that kind of scenario.

Instead of doing those things, I tried to warn you that you were in danger. But I think you havn't been in this business long enough to understand when something someone says means something else.

I don't know who is following you, but I just hope it's not some other Cerberus agent, or the rogue ones. You seem like a nice enough girl. We bonded over the hair-and-skin-going-white thing. I wanted you to be safe.

Just... be careful, please. Go to the FBI or something, find somewhere safe to be.

The FBI? They're going to want information that I don't have. I know little about what Harper was up to. He just sent me out to keep an eye on people and do errands for him. I never asked questions. I never wanted to know.

When I took the job I was just supposed to be a secretary. I never asked for any of this and now you're telling me there are people out there who want to kill me? I don't even know what I'm supposed to do about that. I can't fight. I was never taught. If someone wants me dead it won't be hard for them.

I'm not saying for a fact that someone does, only that I have a feeling you're on a list of people he's watching very closely, and that it's possible someone does. The fact that you feel like someone's following you makes me worry.

I mean you could just as easily have someone casing you to pick your pocket, or it could be nothing at all, but if your gut says something is up, then it is.

The truth is you're in danger and if someone is following you, you shouldn't need to give anyone information in order to seek protection. The local PD can't be that incompetent. Hell the FBI people around here are pretty understanding. But I can see how you'd be wary of contacting anyone.

Do you have ANYONE who can protect you for a few days? Or a place you can go to, to hide, or... anything like that?
