For as much of a romantic as I am, and the sort of reputation that I have, I've just realized that I've never been with anyone on Valentine's Day before.

In other, somewhat related news, the house is positively freezing. I think Valentine's will be spent under a mountain of blankets.

I suspect this is intimately linked to who and what my brother is becoming rather than your the relationship between you and him. I cannot claim to fully understand it, but I sincerely believe your presence does him some good.

I will speak to Loki. Our conversation will not be mentioned, of course. As I cannot promise the frigid temperature will improve so warmer attire would be advise.

The truth is, Fandral, I have never felt the sting of cold either.

	I believe you may be one of the few who tether Loki to his humanity. It is as encouraging as it is a frightening prospect. As I have promised Thor to mind his status, I must charge you to be my eyes in this respect, as the relationship between Loki and I is mercurial at best.
