	No. Well going back, sometimes. But then I remember I had a really hard time letting go of my life as a Marine. The job I have is my calling, it's what I'm good at. So I can't regret it too much. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	There are a few occasions when my first feeling is regret but it goes away as quick as it came. Generally, I'm at peace with what I do. Just. Transitioning from a month of living with a dozen or more people to alone is rather... awkward at first. (Reply to this) (Parent)

	Tuesday's fine. I'm on leave for... well until I get called back. I mean, I have paperwork and boring things like that, but I spent the last month around a horde of loud people, coming home to silence was both wonderful and depressing. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	Wonderful. Marine. Grinding my life away as an MP. Isn't it funny how that works? You spend half the time you're at work in a job like that, or like mine, wishing you were home relaxing with a book. 	That's admirable. If that isn't the truth. In our professions, we so often witness and experience things that aren't easy to forget and if we're not careful it's very easy to carry that heaviness home with us. Part of the reason I got out when the opportunity presented itself and became an ME. That being said, it hasn't impacted my reading too much. (Reply to this) (Parent)
