	I did sprite/ginger ale and saltines a lot. I saw this online and it sounds interesting. "you can go on the BRAT diet. Bananas, rice, apple sauce and toast, the staples of the diet" -- I will say that apple sauce and toast are helpful. (Reply to this) (Thread)
