One of the perks of being a goddess was that you didn't have to wait to be buzzed up into any apartments. That being the case, when Hedone said she'd be right there, she literally meant it. With a pop, she appeared in the Penthouse suite of Stark Tower and right in front of Tony.

Daniel's social skills were a bit lacking, given that he hadn't really been around people much. He was adjusting to his new life, but he tended to keep to himself. He wasn't even sure why he'd posted a message on the boards, but it had gotten a response which led to an invitation to meet and walk with a beautiful woman.
Not just any one, she was Hedone. Goddess of Pleasure. Daniel changed his clothes to something a bit more proper, before heading to meet Hedone at Hyde Park. He carried with him a copy of Heart Of Darkness to give her, because they had spoken briefly about the book. He kept it in a small bag, which he carried on his arm.
Arriving at the entrance to the park, Daniel spotted Hedone and trotted over to her. "Good evening, my lady." |
