Ophelia was very excited indeed. The airport was full of things she'd never seen before and once she forgot to move, watching the board with all the flights listed on them change.

It was so busy and so big and she was so very bouncy! She found herself hurrying to keep up with Darius and then she kissed his cheek.

"I can't believe we're actually going!"

	He smiled widely and kissed her hand, before they exited the room together. It wasn't a large hotel, so it didn't take long before they were out on the beach, the sand shifting under their toes. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	The sand was so warm, and everything was so beautiful. She didn't speak for a time, just looking around at everything, so different from anywhere she'd ever been or even dreamed of before. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	"I'm glad that you want to, with me." She doesn't know why. Sometimes she feels like she doesn't know anything and it's very frustrating. She smiles. 	She sighed, leaning her head back against his shoulder. This was just about perfect. She almost asks what they will do tomorrow...but Ophelia decides that tomorrow will takes care of itself and she decides to exist in the moment. 	It was! Once they were back, Ophelia took out a handful of fabric... ...and didn't feel one bit shy when she came out of the bathroom with it on. It's not the smallest bikini ever...but it's not the biggest, either. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	Darius had changed quickly while she was in the bathroom, and was in a pair of trunks, having decided his rather smaller speedo was a bit inappropriate. He beamed at her. "You should dress like that all the time." His voice was teasing, and he wandered over. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

"So let's get an apartment here. We can run away together, start a home here with new names. Nobody will have to know who we are."

There was still teasing in his voice, but it sounded like something he would enjoy. If it would work, which it wouldn't. The bad stuff had a very annoying habit of finding him. He touched her shoulder softly, and stroked his fingertips up her neck.

	Ophelia blushed. "You make everything sound...very attractive." But she was...glad he was teasing. She was still afraid of being hurt again. And she never wanted Darius to see that side of her. And she never wanted to be there again. She shivered as he touched her, and why is her breath suddenly difficult to keep even? (Reply to this) (Parent)
