Ganieda was waiting for her Sam, feeling almost awkward. Wearing the clothing she was wearing was quite comfortable in Avalon, but for some reason, felt a little odd while she was still in New York.

Clad in clothing of her time, a pale gown with a mantle of spring green, her hair braided with many braids, she almost felt as if she had put on a costume. That feeling would fade, she knew, once she got to Avalon.

She played with her silver armlet as she waited.

	She laughed. "Then we shall make this place a safe haven for us, when the world outside gets to be too much." She doesn't know about Sam, but sometimes, she just gets fed up with being in the 21st century. Things make more sense in Avalon. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	She blushed, though it might not be seen in the dim light. "I love you too," she whispered. "Well, we should let the fairies get on with their debauchery," she said with a giggle, taking his hand, "and continue on with our exploration, perhaps?" She blushed a bit when he said that. "A little of both, as most things should be made."

As it was twilight or just after, most had stopped construction for the night. But there were some little houses and shops, some big, some tiny, to match their inhabitants.

"The wee ones are fairly good at staying out of the way of us tall people, but it is always good to keep an eye out for them as you walk." All manner of beings were closing up for the night, some, like the tavern-keeper, just opening. If they saw Ganieda, most made a respectful bow of the head, and she smiled at them in genuine delight.

Avalon here was much more interesting than the Avalon back home.

	She blushed a little. "If I were ever to doubt how attractive I am, I would only have to seek you out, beloved." The lake is a quiet one, the surface like a mirror reflecting the sky, moon, and stars above. Ganieda reaches behind her and takes a blanket from thin air to spread on the ground.
