Ganieda was waiting for her Sam, feeling almost awkward. Wearing the clothing she was wearing was quite comfortable in Avalon, but for some reason, felt a little odd while she was still in New York.

Clad in clothing of her time, a pale gown with a mantle of spring green, her hair braided with many braids, she almost felt as if she had put on a costume. That feeling would fade, she knew, once she got to Avalon.

She played with her silver armlet as she waited.

	Ganieda kissed his hand and then guided him to touch the mandala. "Touch with me," she said softly, and as they did, they were immediately transported to Avalon, landing in her room in the castle. 	She laughed. "Most of it is Merlin's doing. though I wished most of my things here from the old apartment." She led him out onto the balcony, where a light, warm breeze was blowing, gesturing to the surrounding hills and forests. "Welcome to Avalon, Sam." 	Ganieda squeezed his hand and led him outside. There were lovely rolling hills and forests. "The only thing that is not entirely like home is the sky," she said, gesturing up. "Purple is quite an unexpected color." But her brother had a reason for everything, she trusted. Or maybe it was the magic that chose. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

She grinned and they walked into the nearby woods. "I found this just a few days ago. It'd be too dangerous to go near if we were outside of Avalon, but here, all things are safe," she whispered.

They came to a small clearing surrounded by rocks, and Ganieda and Sam hid behind one of the larger ones.

"Do ye see the circle?" she asked, pointing around the clearing, where there was clearly a circle of thick grass and toadstools growing around it. Fireflies lit up the circle, as if for a party.

Ganieda loved it too. In her world, the fair folk were terribly shy and would flee or pull a girl in to dance dangerously with them.

More than once when Ganieda was small, Morgaine had to come with a rowan wand and fish her out of a fairy ring.

The fair folk were only a few inches high, perfect tiny people, golden haired to the last tiny fairy child. The musicians played instruments made of flowers and reeds, enchanting music that could have drawn in any number of admirers (if they were trying). As it was, it was the sweetest of music, and it became merrier as the fair folk began to drink nectar, and dance.

Ganieda slipped her arm around Sam's waist. "They go on like that till they become drunk," she whispered. "But the music is enchanting, is it not?"

	Sam watched, eyes wide and mouth opened, smiling softly and nodded. It was an amazing sight and he felt the magic and bounciness like drink. "It's so amazing, so... full of life."
