Jesus, it doesn't FEEL like it's been almost an entire year since I dropped here. I'm still surprised by some things. My beautiful lady, my business... My record sales. Okay, so the last part will never be me, but whatever.
I'm feeling good. I'm going to have a two month long sale on my work - 25 percent off all piercings and jewelry, 30 percent off all ink. I'm usually at one of my two locations - London [address] and New Orleans [address]. I've got a couple other people working for me, they're good people, excellent at their job. They'll take good care of you.

So, Christmas was fun, Yule was fun, got some skiing in, got some skating in, had a couple snowball fights, got some good presents (thank you everybody! I'll send out thank you cards as soon as I get the chance) and had a good time, New Year's should be fun too.
Was supposed to go to work tonight, but they called to say they're closing down early because of the weather, I still get paid anyway, and it's a payday, so! Who wants to go bowling or something? Indoor minigolf? Come over and play video games? |

So, Halloween was... weird. Definitely not like Halloween back home, and it's taken me this long just to wrap my mind around it. It's not all bad here, because Toki's here, and I missed him, and it's great to have him back, and I'm not saying that just because he's my boyfriend and he saved my life on Halloween.
But other than that I don't really like it here. At all. I wish I could go home. |

So I'm not really sure why I'm still so at this time of night, I usually get cranky if I don't get my 8 hours. But I'm wide awake, and know that I won't be getting to sleep anytime soon. Worse than that I'm nervous for no reason.
I guess maybe it's finally sinking in that this isn't another tour and I won't be packing up and moving on or going home anytime soon, or, like, ever.
Anybody want to go play minigolf or something? |

So, I've finally figured out what it is I do here, and it turns out I have a lot of free time on my hands.
I've visited London before, been here on tour, but I've never actually lived here, anybody want to show me around? Could go get smoothies or take a walking tour or something, I've only seen the tourist-y stuff before, not the good stuff. |

Whoa. That was weird. I was headed up to the airship after the party and caught some turbulence, which doesn’t usually happen, even when it’s snowing and stuff you know? And instead of ending up in the airship I ended up in a really swanky apartment, like, REALLY swanky, I'm pretty sure I'm in London, but it’s hard to tell for sure since I can’t see any landmarks and I haven’t heard anybody talk yet, but some cities just have a feel to them, and London’s one of those. Anyway, hi, I'm Stephanie, and I'm not sure where I am, help? |
