Join the club-had my own fair back where I lived. Though the bastards usually deserved what came to them.

On that note, you're two years too late where I'm concerned, I'm already married and my husband is a sorcerer-for your sake, if we have to be anything, I'll settle for ally.

	My father's name is Herman Blade, so ladylike or not-it's my name. It's more respectful to refer to a soldier by their surname unless they say otherwise. Allies are indeed useful. I told you I'm a Captain in the United States army. The same for back home, before I was queen, I was a lieutenant in the Army-how I became queen, it's complicated.

Maybe not, but I'd thought I'd point out why I prefer to be called by my surname-outside of family (this includes the army) and friends anyway.

Plus, I can introduce you to modern day warfare and so on.
