That's a good reason to be.. happy. She is glad that the Dalek has found emotion and is happy with having them. Friends are very important.

She supposes she was used to it because of the Doctor.

Very quiet, especially because of the lives we have lead. In comparison it is very quiet.

Well at least until people start randomly getting married again.
