Uncle Luke. Never thought I'd see that particular instance of an honorific. And yeah, you really should lighten up, the guy's right. It'd be better for you.

Did you know that taking everything seriously is bad for your health? I know a guy who takes EVERYTHING seriously, to the point of always being stressed and aggravated, and he wound up having a heart attack because his daughter got married. High blood pressure. It'll kill you.
