So, I have discovered something that makes this whole crazy London and this whole strange world worth staying in.

I have discovered chocolate wine.

Chocolate orange wine, really, and it's more of an alcoholic chocolate syrup than anything, but it's fantastic with a bit of soda water, or even better, over ice cream.

And ice cream is something else I've just discovered! I suppose I can stay here for a while longer at least.

	Honestly I'd have preferred to stay in the same time and a different place, than a different time and the same place. It's... jarring. Well, back home, as far as the meat pie business went, there was me, and there was Lovett. The bint.

Things were going quite well for myself, given as how Lovett couldn't bake a pie to save her life and I'd come up with something new and groundbreaking.

Then her boarder came along and it all went to hell. Don't know what the hell she was doing, but people were swarming her shop in droves put me right out of business she did.
