My company is sending me to Tokyo for a fortnight. Would you like to do something during my time in Japan?

I was told by the old Russian maid in my building that today is International Women's Day in some countries. I rather like the idea; it appears to be Men's Day on every other. Ladies, I do hope today is a pleasure for all of you.

Lakshmi, from the Hindi pantheon, really? I've always dreamed of interacting with that pantheon myself—my name is Phoebe, a Greek, one of the Titanides (female Titans, also known now as Titanesses), meaning...ah, it's bragging, isn't it? Intellect, radiance, and prophesy. Though I'm afraid that was more my husband's thing. Pleasure to meet you!
