Sweet mother of hell no.

Look, I know I said I was into extreme stuff, but Twister was never my kind of movie. Could someone tell me what the hell just happened?

Just no, okay?

I don't know if I could trust a vampire, though. Kinda got turned once, made to be a little vampire lap dog for a while. Abusive relationships are bad.

You made me audibly shudder. I thought I'd share.

Chick, huh.

Hey, no problem, I'm here to help. Dean Winchester.

Got it in one.

Hannibal King. Nice to meet you. You wouldn't happen to have landed in Jolly Old London, would you have? Because I pretty much doubt my drinking buddies are coming, and I'm not giving up Friday poker nights just because of a little thing like an alternate universe.

They do that. Don't ask me how I ended up married.

You too. And yeah, I'm in London, along with my wife and kids and grandkid. You should know that there's a lot of timefuckery here too.

Yeah, but there are those girls who really do redeem the gender. One of them saved my ass, and cured that whole bitey problem of mine.

I'd gathered from Alex. She said she wasn't born yet. That and you're barely thirty, right? Grandkids just don't seem like your style.

Yeah, that's how the wife is. Gotta love a woman who's a good shot. Something sexy about a lady handling recoil.

Exactly thirty, yeah. We just had the first one, and yet somehow his kid's here already. It's confusing.

Yeah, Abbs was hot like that, too. Strictly platonic, but damned if she didn't work a crossbow. Ohbaby.

That's frightening. If that's what the world does when you get hitched, I'm staying a bachelor for sanity's sake.

Crossbows are fun stuff, man. I just like watching people use 'em.

Don't know if it happens to everyone, but there's a lot of futurebabies around here. It's fucking weird. I lucked out though, my kids are pretty good people.

It's still pretty eerie to know what your kids will be like before they're even born. That's the sort of thing I think you should leave up to chance and speculation, you know?

Try giving the sex talk before they're even conceived. It's weird. But at least I know I didn't jack 'em up too hard.

Man, don't be so hard on yourself. I haven't even met you and I know you're good people. That and I'm pretty sure you and I are in the same line of business, or at least used to be. We can smell our own, stuff like that.

So how about it? Friday poker nights? Or are you more a darts and pool kind of guy?

I'd have had you pegged as a hunter at a hundred paces in the dark, just sayin'. There's a few of us here, mostly my family - me and my brother and our uncle Bobby and my kids.

I'll kick your ass at all of 'em, my man. Name a time.

Excellent, it's always good to have a network. And I just so happen to have come into another line of business which keeps me well supplied. But I'm not taking government contracts like this guy did, nono. These toys are going to a more righteous cause.

Let's say 5, because you never know what'll happen after dusk.

Oh really? ... you're that guy from Mission Impossible 3?

Not much around here. Too many damn gods. Can't remember the last time we even had zombies. But I know what you mean, and old habits and all that jazz.

Something like, yeah. Apparently I'm a "retired" Marine sergeant. Never was a military kind of guy, but sure, whatever works.

Glad that they can become old habits, here. That and I've got a guy who swears up and down I killed his mom already. Apparently in his reality, they didn't have a cure for the vampire virus, and I stayed a soulless bloodsucking lapdog. I don't want to piss that guy off.

I'd say that I'm not either, but since my dad was, I was sort of raised with it.

Yeah, hate to break it to you, but I'm sure you already did. Well. Not you, the other you that isn't you.

My dad was a plumber. I was raised with buttcrack.

Kinda figured that one out, champ. But we're good. I talked him out of killing me just yet.

Glad there's no visual for that.

That's good, I still have to take you for all the money I can.
