I seem to have landed a part in a film. I was unaware that I am marginally popular here in Japan, and because of my background in theatre, the audition went very well. I will be playing the role of a woman whose boyfriend is diagnosed with a terminal illness. It is somewhat ironic for me to be playing this part. However, the sorrow of loss - that I can do. That is all I can do, sometimes. |
