Needle: Tummy trouble

Needle wasn't sure if daybreak was welcome or not. After the incident with Pimp and Prissy-Boy - they might have mentioned their names, but far be it for him to remember them - he had tried to find some place where he could clean himself up, and had finally been forced to take a quick dip in the Thames. It hadn't exactly helped him with feeling any cleaner and the smell of cheap beer still stung in his nostrils, but that wasn't the worst part. The worst part was, when he pulled his clothes on again, he noticed that the small pouch he had stolen before the encounter with the two men, was gone. Which meant he was completely out of money, again.

His back had smarted during the night, leaving it impossible for him to find a proper way to sleep comfortably, and with hunger gnawing at him like a starved rat, he had found little, next to no sleep that night.

Bleary eyed, with a heavily bruised cheek and a back that throbbed from the scrapes and bruises he had gotten, the boy grudgingly started to make his way through the streets of London, in search for one thing - food.
