Day four and they are still outside with signs and yelling.

Will they ever quit?

What are your thoughts on flying cars?

I'm totally into the idea.

Project time? I can be up in 15 once the pizza arrives.

Project time.

I built one when I was 13 but the design was lacking and the name was silly. Not my best work so I believe I could use all the help I can get.

Now this is my kind of side project!

Pizza is here so on the way up after a stop for tools and idea journal.

And for work tomorrow you thinking we should take the back way to protestor skirt? And I'm thinking an early start once again will help.

Glad you're excited!

All right, I'll leave the door unlocked.

Skirting around the protestors will probably work out for the best. I know they aren't violent and they aren't throwing things yet but let's not give them anything to yell about so early.

This is just the kind of side project we need! Its crazy and wild and totally us.

Heading up as we speak, follow the smell of pepperoni.

Its our only real option for the moment, I'm not exactly ready for another round of this morning either. Its still signs and screaming but I agree, skirting is better and will keep us both sane. Possible route: shortcut into SoHo and take the long way to the yard unless you have another option?

I should probably look into where we can keep the car once it's built.

Ooh. Maybe I'll stick close to the door then.

Neither am I. Not violent but it does get to you after awhile. The route through SoHo sounds good to me. I like the longer route anyway. It'll give us time to discuss our other projects.

Something we thankfully have time to deal with. But there is that bay of storage lockers near the yard as a possible option?

Yesterday mornings round of yelling was not my idea of fun indeed and I'm more shocked not many have already snapped after close to a week indoors and now the festival of yelling and sign waving. And I agree, we can start to unravel what is going on with that engine on the way to the yard.

That might work. I wouldn't really want to ask around the tower to see if there was a possibility of keeping it here.

So we'll take the scenic route to and from work, talk about our projects in the morning and regale each other with tales from our day on the way back. It'll be fun.

After work tomorrow want to stop and at least price out a unit? Possible cover story being a project that has taken over our shared workspace.

That sounds perfect, talk of projects over our coffee in the morning and tales of the world of crazy parts requests, the world of the salvage yard and ongoing builds in the afternoon.

It is my experience that people who find pleasure in shouting slogans do not tire of the sport easily.

That depends on how much we ignore them.

The way its looking at the moment its not letting up. I'm thinking into next week at the earliest for them giving up for now.

They do seem to be terribly persistent. A pity my sister and I have not been able to build a skyrail as yet. It would be an effective if not particularly dignified way of evading them.

Usually most would give up within a day or two, not this batch. They seem to be ready for the long haul.

They are either particularly fervent or particularly thick-headed. They are certainly loud. Perhaps their voices will give out?

We can only hope or they find something else to complain about.

I'm sure they will. This is a very large city with a large number of things worthy of complaint, certainly for more worthy than us.
