Way more than that.

I'm...where I'm from, there's this whole other world, where faerie queens rule. One side is Winter, true and unrelenting Winter. The other is Summer.

I became the Winter Lady not too long ago, when Maeve was killed. She was the Winter Lady. It's way more complicated than that, but...that's the gist.

I've been in Winter for the last few weeks, learning the expectations of my station. And now that I'm here in this sweltering heat, I feel like my skin's going to melt right off my bones.

I meant more like, will you be alright once you've adjusted back to this kind of weather or are you legitimately at risk of melting?

I know a little bit about how the Winter Lady and stuff works, but most of that was explained to me by Harry after you left. Which... was before he left and returned again, so he probably doesn't remember that either. He seemed a little worried about you, but also seemed to think you'd be able to handle it.

	I don't think I'll legit melt, but I'm not sure I'll adjust either. I don't really know. I've been in Winter since I inherited the mantle, until now. 	Well, the weather ought to cool off in a few months. So even if you don't adjust, summer doesn't last forever around here. In the meantime, yes, there's definitely iced coffee available. I know how that goes. I've got a brother like that. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	Good thing it's tasty, right? I've been drinking coffee since I was a kid. You haven't told me about that before. That's a lot of siblings. I'm the youngest.
