I think so. Don't really know why it's all in capitals, it just sort of is. The Shinra Company always wrote it that way. It's basically an elite branch of the military that used Mako energy to enhance those who made it into the program. Found out a few years ago that Shinra were doing more than that to some of the SOLDIERs, but I get the feeling it's not meant to be public knowledge~~, considering their reactions were 'experiment on us' or 'try to gun us~~. I'm not even sure if they exist here, but it didn't sound like it.
