In two days I'll have been here 4 years. And there was Mt. Weather before that. All that time we never had any control over the portal. Pretty wild to even think of that being a possibility.

What are your thoughts on staying or going, if we have a choice in the matter?

	It's quite a choice isn't it? I do like a few things here. I miss some things at home. But I guess, they probably aren't missing me at home? (Reply to this) (Thread)

	It is. It doesn't feel right to leave immediately, but that's about as much as I have decided. If I thought I was missing at home, I'd go. But they're not, and there are a lot of things I like about being here. And a lot of people I'd miss, you included. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	If you're staying for a bit, I feel like that definitely is an encouragement to stay. I do like the life we've been sort of exploring. And it's strange, but not terrible, to not have vampires that I'm worrying about all of the time. I do kind of wish that my sister was here, but it's not like I won't see her again either. 	I really enjoy being able to mix a real life in with hunting better here. It's impossible at home. And you're definitely a motivator for me to stay too. It's still possible people will come through, I think. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	There's some excitement without the real pressure of all of the other, you know? Like sure, the world might be threatened occasionally, but also we're not having to fight vampires every single night, or demons, or any of that. I'd definitely like it if they did. But in the meantime, I think there's more than enough reason for me to stay. (Reply to this) (Parent)
