It is good to see you again.

The 'who' isn't known, but as for what - we've been exposed to something called tachyon particles, and the portal essentially latches onto them and drags us to different places in time and space. I'm afraid it's been going on for a number of years. Back in what is currently considered our 'base', Tumbleweed, there is a team who studies it who would be able to tell you more about the science of it.

So someone or something must be in control of this portal and had to have exposed us to tachyon particles or none of this would have happened. There is a theory that a tachyon particle sent back in time can be reinterpreted as one going forward in time. I wonder if it is possible to study it that way.

Am I to understand that you have been here for years, though I just saw you on the battlefield moments ago?

	I think Natasha will be glad to have you at the base working on it when we return. Not here on the ship or in Marioland, but in Tumbleweed, yes.
