Hey. Um. I was thinking. Maybe...maybe [...] do you think engineering would be a good idea? I mean, I guess I could start my own contracting business or like go to school for that. Trades pay pretty well apparently. I dunno. It might be stupid.

Not really? Mostly I'm just trying to get better at planning things and getting to a final result. Like Festus and the Argo II, I already built, so I didn't have to think about it. But I'm also good at busywork when it comes to general building.

I can give you a mix then. Some 'come up with a device to solve X problem' and then old plans that need some prototypes and maybe improvements. To fill in any gaps on your help requests.

I think engineering is a very good idea.

Do you want to go to school again? From my understanding, it does help, but you have raw talent, too. So you could go into pursuing your own business.

Did you get any money from the Portal you could put into either pursuit?

I got some more money, yeah. Not as much as before.

I do have raw talent, but I also don't have much talent on my own. So much of it is just me and the fact that I'm a demigod. It's sort of like cheating. You know?

There's options in either direction. They have loans for businesses and school. Is there one you are learning more towards?

Yeah. I think the only thing I'm considering is making myself another hand. I know there are people who have more experience with it, but I'd like to do it myself. Something with the metals from home.

Well, the first, I've been thinking about for my own hand. I have celestial bronze and imperial gold that I've been thinking about setting aside for it. I don't know much about biomedical engineering.

I mean, when we were on the cruise, my hand was you know...different. I have a skin I can put over it to make it look like a regular hand. I'm still in the thought process of things right now. Trying to figure out what I want it to be.

Oh yeah, that. That happened to me too. Kept the hand, and I've built a few different ones. One even has a jet pack basically. Flying hand! I can control it when it's detached from me. Like on Merlin.

Man, we had such tunnel vision, I sorta remember working together but not really anything of significance.
