I have pain in the head from this talk of dimensions and space, and if it is true, the pain may also be motion sickness from the time travel. Someone will have to bring me medicine.

I'm here. Texas. It's a bit of a thing to explain. I can come and get you from the fort. I know where it is.

Ah, Texas. I wonder why the universe thinks this is a good place for a dimension? I think California is nicer, if we must be in the United States at all. How long have you been here? You have not been gone a moment for me, it is...perplexing.

I'm not sure. I guess they thought it was a reasonable place. Or they thought it wasn't a nice place at all and wanted to see how we handled it. A while, really.

Who is they? A while..it is difficult to think we cannot even feel this at home. There was nothing unusual with you, nothing to indicate...all this.

Whoever's in charge? Not really sure. It would definitely have been unusual, but they say that we never know.

I did not realise someone was in charge. I wonder what kind of job they are doing.

Well, officially? No. I just assume someone's running this. Even if we don't know.

Perhaps I will have a word with them one day.

If you find them, I'm sure we'd all like to.

Oh I have a few choice words. Especially for when they whisk us away on adventures without any explanation and then we have to put up with things we'd rather not. At least I'd rather not. Some people probably don't mind. Right wanker whoever it is.

Sounds like there are many things to look forward to. Are all the adventures bad?

Not all, no. We went on a cruise last time. I mean, parts of it weren't ideal, but...

Not ideal parts of a cruise sound troubling.

They usually are. It's not the worst that's happened to us, though. I mean, maybe close

Texas in the 1950s. Probably.

I recently got to go to Egypt with some friends, however. So that's made up for a lot.

We're going to have to do a dinner with you two. Sometime after you've reunited with your family.

We have to go to Disney for a brief moment for her sister's engagement, but then I'm sure we'll be open to the whole dinner thing.
