Network Post: Anakin Skywalker
This is my third guard shift seeing my "present" and not knowing how I'm supposed to move it out of here with the power dampening. I give up trying to solve it myself and I'd rather not leave it here. It's my a bacta tank complete with all necessary equipment and the bacta itself.

Who is naturally immensely strong or comfortable using heavy lifting equipment? The tank alone is over 2 meters and 500 kilograms, which googling says is over 1000 pounds and at least 7 feet.

I need to figure out where to put it, too.

I could build something based off tech I know, but if the base or someone else HAS tech already, I can operate it. Or if you want to rent a forklift. A good enough dolly could probably handle it with a few people helping get it on there. Thank physics for what that does.

There's definitely equipment. It would be faster to use what's already here than to build something if the equipment is up to moving it a distance. Thanks for offering. Maybe if you're up for another project for the future, you could design something that lifts greater weights than what exists here?

One dolly + three strong men (two if you count yourself) should do it for you.

Greater weights or smaller/easier to operate and/or both of those. There's a lot of good tech that, if you think about what it is, at its core, you can repurpose toward whatever you need. So yeah, that's definitely doable :)

You must see more possibilities in the tech here than I do. I look and see a lot of work ahead.

If there were not much work ahead, that would be just sad. Plus, no matter where you go, there should always be a lot of work you CAN do with tech. There's so many principles in play here! And we can do more with them, even just these ones! And there's more!

I guess I don't have the same enthusiasm for backwards tech.

Sure it can be slow and frustrating, but tech is tech. Science! If people hadn't made all the discoveries they did before us, it'd have been a lot harder to do what we know so readily.
