I am suddenly concerned about how I lived my entire life without a domestic cat around my house to enjoy the company of. I missed far too much, and will likely be catching up on it all night long because I'm far too entertained to sleep.

I suppose not. I just don't want us to limit ourselves. Perhaps reaching out to the Asgardians would be a better idea.

They have a good system in place already. Could be improved.

How so? I doubt T'Challa wants to stop seeking alliances because we're potentially forming one with the Fillorians.

Why the Asgardians? What system? They don't seem to hold much sway in regards to anything.

Okoye has previously suggested reaching out the Asgardians, just yesterday as a matter of fact, but I will admit that I am unsure of who would be the best person to speak to.

They are powerful, but they do not present any united front with a clear leader. They have a king, but they also have the queen mother that I believe the sons follow the lead of. I do want to see about making allies among them, but I believe Loki may be a factor that may prevent it, from the stories and footage of him that I'm familiar with.

You know them best, White Wolf. I see the potential for a worthwhile ally, but how would you go about it?

The problem you're going to run into is most groups here don't have leaders, don't function in the way of making alliances, or deal with politics much. When shit hits the fan they come together, but they're pretty much all over the place otherwise.

Your big groups that seem to really do anything when stuff isn't going down are the Avengers, the Xmen, the Fillory ones, and that's about it. You've got a lot of powerful individuals, wicked smart people too, but they're all haphazardly thrown together and usually not focusing on anything together.

Has anyone given much thought to forming a council among the Displaced? Because I'm told that the military in Tumbleweed is in charge, but for us to not have a functioning council with clear leaders among the Displaced is an oversight.

Who speaks for the Displaced when there is a new policy in place that people do not all agree to? Who makes the negotiations? Who cultivates the respect among the people, so that when it comes time to make a decision, it will be followed through by all? I admit I've been distracted by the ports, but I think there's a place for the formation of something that unifies all of us, if we try.

Don't think so? But I can't say I paid much attention to any of that.

I'm not sure there's been anything in place people didn't agree with? When we went back in time I think the group that was negotiating with the military had Sam and Rogue in it. Don't know who the others were. Nat might.

And I don't know the answer to your other questions.

Thank you for the information you did have the knowledge to speak on. I will speak to Natasha more about the rest of my questions, but I do think this a worthwhile venture to continue. I hope the rest of you can see that in time.

I don't think anyone has suggested it, but we had the military and a good deal of us working with them. From what I could glean, they were legitimately trying to help us, but they also asked people to keep their powers on the downlow. We don't exactly want to announce our presence and have the world turn an eye to us.

We haven't had any real disputes. There was a time when Wanda Maximoff, from our universe, lost her brother and destroyed the center of town. The rest of us all stepped in to assist, but it got us on the news so the military began a crackdown on powers. Warnings, that kind of thing. Then we went back in town and when we came back, it was like nothing had happened to warrant it and the town was twice the size it was before. Aside from that, we have been free to do as we please.

One of the Displaced ran for Town Council last year, and has been staffed in City Hall. Her name is Snow White. She has a few Displaced as her assistants. Her group is not as large as the Fillorians, the Avengers, the Wizard World, or several other factions, but she was also the Chancellor's assistant in Mount Weather before. I believe she keeps an eye out for anything.

There were a few people who consulted with the military back in the 1950s when we arrived to negotiate our presence at the time. I'm not sure if that negotiation changed what happened in the future. That's something I could look into when I get back. I get more access the more they trust me, but I get my information in other ways too. When we get back to Tumbleweed, a council is something I think should be discussed.

There are always people who don't take too kindly, despite there being an actual reason for it. We needed to lay low since we made the national news.

That was Brock Rumlow who set off the bomb in the middle of a Lagos market. Wanda attempted to move the explosion into the air above all the buildings, but it blew up.

As always, a fount of information, Natasha. Thank you.

While you look into your sources, I will start building the bridges on my side. Sam Wilson of the Avengers, Rogue and Scott Summers for the X-Men and the school, Snow White for City Hall. Remus Lupin, last night, seemed to be a good source for the Wizarding World. Is there anyone else of that group I should be looking into? Any other larger groups out there?

If it is not obvious, we will not be dealing with Wanda Maximoff in any capacity, unless she steps out of line again. She is no friend to the Kingdom of Wakanda.

A King, a Queen Mother, a spy and a warrior. It is curious to whom we should reach out.

I met with their General, Sif on Friday. She was the one who provided my second cat. I found her self-possessed and competent.

I did not say that one would prevent the other from forming. I simply feel like we could do better as far as alliances go. There are a number of people here who don't seem to be part of any group at all. Be it just two people or just one, and they may be a small group but they can be very powerful in aiding the vulnerable too. I want to make sure we're not just going for the bigger ones when some of the smaller ones could make good allies too.

I meant the system on the boat that exists already as organized by Rogue and the other Bucky Barnes. They've had in place since before any of us arrived, and it seems to work best when bringing everyone on the boat together. Especially when you factor in that many people here don't actually have functional leaders. T'Challa has spoken in regards to the Asgardians.

Why could we do better? I think we would want to make as many alliances as possible. What is it that you don't like about them? And I don't see why its an either or situation.

Maybe they see the others already in place as their leaders.

I'm confused on what it is you are saying. You want us to protect the vulnerable but because they have more than 3 people in their group they can't be considered vulnerable? Even if they apparently don't have any resources we could find useful which I would think also makes them vulnerable? So wouldn't we want an alliance with them in order to help them?

Do the Fillorians have an enemy I was not aware of? I doubt having an official alliance with them will prevent us from forming more with others, unless you have some knowledge that I do not.
