You know, he's got a bad habit of doing that. I tried to get him to recognize me several times, but it never worked.

Bucky used to got a really bad memory and then the grandpa America used the cosmic cube and poof! All his memories came back. Except they were sad ones.

I'll show you how. It's pretty easy.

People used him to hurt people against his wishes. They made him do things he didn't want to do. When that happens, getting those memories of who you used to be and comparing them to that hurts a lot.

I did bad things too. I thought they were nice things but they weren't. And then everyone was really mad.
