As much fun as camping has been and the amazing company I had, indoor plumbing has been a blessing and it feels very good to be clean shaven again.

What has been everyone's favorite thing about this stop? Any recommendations I have to try before we leave?

He speaks to horses? I can't say I would know personally how foul mouthed they are, but they were a wonder to ride upon when I visited Rohan.

I can appreciate the aesthetics of the architecture certainly. Made a few sketchings, took the advice of another ship resident and took photos for later to draw inspiration upon.

He does. It's a son of Poseidon thing. We have Pegasi back home. They're kind of amazing.

I've made a lot of very exact measurements and the sort. I have a laptop that helps make 3D images. I got it from an old friend.

Of course you do. I don't know why I'm ever surprised by anything anyone says around here.

Have you? Would you mind if I took a look at them when we're away from the port?

Some things can be surprising, but I've been through more than enough that I'm not that surprised. Home has Greek, Roman, Egyptian, and Norse gods. I expect all the rest are also real. It's an amazing wealth of knowledge. But also probably means I might end up dragged into more mess when I'm trying to go to college like a normal person.

I have, yes. I wouldn't mind.

I know he isn't a god, but was Santa Claus real there as well?

I appreciate it.

Not that I'm aware of.

Not a problem.
