My Father meant well. I do not believe he took into consideration the weight that would come along with my name. My siblings had it easier on that front.

I was a bit more fond of your name than Albus' if I am being frank. As for what is spoken of you, well, my Father did his best to publicly make it known where your allegiance was. ~~As for this world, well---~~

	~~Thinking was not his strongpoi~~ You may be frank. Dumbledore's legacy casts a long shadow and it would not surprise me to know that it was still lingering when you were a child. Slytherin was always very welcoming of my placement. There was perhaps some how held negative feelings towards my other namesake but it wasn't spoken to me. ~~The issue was more Dad---~~

I really do not know much about what that means, but I assume it references Muggle technology. IT has been a while since I have had any time, and even longer since I have had any interest in adapting to the Muggle world. I would appreciate the walk through, thank you. Whenever is convenient for you. They tell me I will be released soon.

For better or for worse, we do tend to take care of our own. I have never regretted my placement ~~if perhaps some of the decisions ma~~ I am glad you were well welcomed there.

It does. I'm more than adept at muggle technology and modern muggle culture. If you ever have inquiries, and do not wish to ask the larger populace, I'll be glad to assist you in whatever way I can. As for convenience, I've promised my little girl that we'll go hiking again this afternoon but we should be back on the ship by nightfall. Perhaps I can meet with you after our return?

There were moments in the beginning where I was not fond of my placement. Those feelings went away soon enough. They were always very good to me.
